* Pesawat MH370 dilaporkan hilang daripada radar awam Jabatan Penerbangan Awam Malaysia (DCA) pada 1.30 pagi 120 batu nautika di timur perairan Kota Baharu, Kelantan.

* Operasi mencari dan menyelamat (SAR) digerak pada 5.30 pagi membabitkan 15 pesawat TUDM, termasuk empat Hercules C130, sebuah CN 235, empat EC 725, dua helikopter Augusta serta enam kapal Tentera Laut Diraja Malaysia (TLDM) dan tiga kapal Agensi Penguatkuasaan Maritim Malaysia (APMM).
